This tutorial is solution of the error 500.19. the requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
There are four different way to solve this issue.
1. Installing IIS.
2. Installing features of IIS and asp.net.
3. Creating full permission of IIS User in wwwroot directory.
4. Setting version of .net framework DefaultAppPool.
