I remember I felt good about this one. The challenge for me with these ones is to create comical-ish music while still maintaining some seriousness, and it’s always a question of balance I think. Of course some situations are supposed to just be pure comedy and some pure seriousness. But those that have both are definitely the tricker ones, but then all the more satisfying when you find you’re on the right track.

So Occam is gonna “lend” some blood from everyone by using a scalpel in order for him to do a blood test. So, with the scalpel in mind, I thought that some high tones needed to be present throughout, and then the bass line just fell into that.
