HTC targeted by ASUS for buyout. So it seems my prediction that HTC would be the subject of takeover talks before the year ends are coming to pass. ASUS are making noise they want to acquire HTC. HTC for their part are spinning a denial saying no talks have taken place and they have no interest in ASUS... HTC's shareholders will think very differently. ****
