All of this information came from my Endocrinologist (as well as a few tricks I've learned on my own over the years for managing pain).
This is a "How To" video. In this video I try and illustrate the proper way to give yourself an intramuscular injection for hormones and HRT in general (i.e. this is not limited to being transgender). I will also be providing the products I use and general tips for easing pain as well as getting the full dosage injected without leaking due to pressure.
