I know I uploaded this from my TV 4 months ago, but I decided to re-upload a higher quality version since @TrainMoviesOthers55454 posted the full 1999 DVD Rip 2 years ago. You'll notice that the scene at 0:25 is footage of the Norfolk and Western 611 which was never seen in any other versions of I Love Toy Trains Part 1 making it exclusive to this special edition
