A person has been arrested in connection to a deadly hit-and-run in Hampton Thursday night. Officers were called to the intersection of East Mercury Boulevard and Fox Hill Road at 11:36 p.m. after receiving multiple calls regarding a crash involving a pedestrian. 10 On Your Side's Michael Rinker has the story.
