In this video:

I have an HP Envy X360 laptop, model: M6-AR004DX, with a bad battery causing high fan speed, random OS crashes, as well as, random PC instant shutdown. PC battery and thermal compound will be replaced. Also did some cleaning.

Sorry for the audio on this video due to not being able to use my PC setup, I had to make use of a really cheap cardioid mic.

Update: After a few weeks of using the laptop on and off charger, I ran the battery calibration again. Then did the battery test after and the "!" icon disappeared.
