In the U.K on this specific week “Storm Benjamin” was active, unfortunately for us we’d booked to go to Somerset which isn’t exactly 5 miles away… faced with a long drive in bad weather to watch it rain from the van we decided to abandon that idea and stay a little more local. We found a site in Buxton called Lime Tree Holiday Village which is an hour from home but amazingly a place neither of us had visited before, join us as we explore and enjoy what the Peak District offers on a wet weekend in October.
We're Rick, Heather & our dog Poppy & we travel the U.K. in our S&L Apollo campervan.
We film places we visit & also any work done to our van, our videos are filmed in a diary style for our memories but we're happy to share with you if you want to watch.
We also occasionally review products & any product review is clearly marked as such so if reviews aren’t for you don’t feel you need to watch those.
