To change your name:
Sign in to your Google Account
Go to myaccount.google.com
If you have more than one Google Account, make sure you're signed in to the correct one.
From the menu, select Personal info.
Under "Basic info," select Name.
Select the first option "Name" and then Change your name.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE: Google also gives you the option to use a Nickname as well.
Your legal name & your Google Account is different compared to you personal name.
Your legal name is the name that you used when you first made a purchase or verified your identity at Google. It may also be the name that you used to sign up for certain business products or services.
