2025 is a reassessment year and all properties will have new assessed values calculated. As a result of the reassessment, the average residential property’s assessed value in Saskatoon will increase by 13%. However, this does not mean your property tax will go up 13%!
The reassessment process is Revenue Neutral. The City achieves this by adjusting the mill rate to account for changes in assessed values.
