The VKS project is moving forward nicely.

The top cover, probably one of the largest stamped steel parts in the airsoft industry, is produced in 4 major steps:

- Material inspection, blanking & piercing
- Outer burr coining
- Bending & forming
- Welding of accessories

The forming operation is especially impressive to watch, with several tons of force shaping the steel into its final geometry.
