I wanted to share a really nice experience we had at the Conrad Tokyo on our recent trip.
We came back here after visiting Osaka and Kyoto, and I think just because we were returning guests, they were incredibly kind and gave us an upgrade to an executive suite. We felt so fortunate and honestly never expected we'd get to see a room like that.
