We hate crumb catchers! Those gaps in between lumber when you plank two pieces of framing lumber... It's where all the crumbs end up! We started ripping our 2x boards to solve this problem, and create an overall more expensive look in our furniture pieces, and it has become something we do now with almost every project!

There are a few different ways to give rounded framing lumber a straight edge for building furniture pieces, but this has become our favorite!
