Ron Miller, Walt Disney's son-in-law, changed Disney when he took over the company after Walt passed. He would steer the company into darker, more adult themes in both live action and animation, which became a down time for the Disney company. When he was replaced as the head of the studio, he moved into a new role that would change the Disney for the better.
