A few tricks you should know when using a trowel to apply any plaster or texture.
This video will show you how to work with a plasterer’s trowel to apply plaster or texture to a wall surface. Using a trowel takes a bit of practice but with the proper technique, it is a fun and easy tool to use. Demonstrating the “Heel and Toe” or “Walking the Line” technique used by professionals to leave a flat, even texture.
Tools Used:
- GPW Medium 240mm x 100mm (approx 9.5” x 4”) Flexible Stainless Steel Trowel
- GPW Small 220mm x 80mm (approx. 8” x 3”) Flexible Stainless Steel Trowel
- Small (12” x 12”) aluminum hawk
- 3” angled flexible stainless steel spackling knife
