Recipe (by weight):

Base: 2:1 floetrol (or other pouring medium) to acrylic paint

Colors: 2:1 floetrol (or other pouring medium) to acrylic paint. Add 1 drop of silicone oil and mix it in. 1 drop per 3-4 oz cup

Use heat to bring cells to surface especially if not using floetrol.
