How to use ReWire to connect Ableton Live to REAPER (Rapid-fire REAPER Tutorials Ep79)

Hey folks! One of my lovely viewers has been requesting this a while, and while ReWire is no longer supported as of Ableton Live 11, it's still functional (with some minor bugs) for Live 10 and earlier, and thanks to how easy it makes your life compared to other MIDI and Audio Routing setups, I think it's still very usable for a lot of users.
