To use your Microsoft Reward Points for Xbox Game Pass on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Sign In: Make sure you’re signed in to your Xbox account on your console.
Microsoft Rewards App: Navigate to “My Games and Apps” and select “Apps.” Find and open the “Microsoft Rewards” app.

Earn Points: Complete offers and tasks within the app to earn Microsoft Reward Points.
Redeem Points: Once you’ve accumulated enough points, go to the Rewards hub and redeem them for Xbox Gift Cards. You can use these gift cards to purchase Xbox Game Pass subscriptions or other content.
