1. Keep everything in your bag! The new technology allows for laptops, secured drink bottles and aerosols to be screened in your bag, so no need to take them out.
2. The trays are bigger, allowing for more personal items per tray. Put loose items such as your passport, sunglasses and headphones at the bottom of the tray to secure them.
3. For body screening, remove loose items from your pockets including tissues, jackets, and your belt if you're wearing one.
