I made this as a bit of a throwback, but it's kind of slow-paced...so here are all of the steps for you to read instead:
1. Download the game from cavestory.org/download/cave-story.php

2. Download the mod loader from cavestory.org/forums/threads/dll-mod-loader-ogg-music-mod.13879

3. Download the Ogg11 folder here:

4. Extract the files

5. Drag and drop your copy of the game on the patcher program

6. Replace the original copy of the game with the modified copy

7. Move the "mods" folder into the game folder and configure the mods.txt file if you want

8. Put the Ogg11 folder in the "data" folder

9. Launch the game!
