Follow along to setup My Folder printing with your Sharp multi-function printer. This feature is useful for offices that want to cut down on waste by requiring users to release the jobs they sent to the printer, rather than printing them and gathering them (or not!) later. It works without any setting changes in the print driver, but it is an ALL OR NOTHING setting - meaning that when it is switched on, every print sent to the printer will be stored in the My Folder function.
