You can access and navigate Google Maps Street View on mobile devices using either the Google Maps app for Android and iOS or by long-pressing a location and entering Street View mode.
Accessing Street View via the Google Maps App
Install and Open Google Maps
Ensure you have the Google Maps app installed on your Android or iOS device. Launch the app and allow location permissions if prompted.
Search for a Location
Use the search bar to enter an address, landmark, or place name. The map will display a pin for the searched location.
Enter Street View Mode
Tap and hold a spot on the map to drop a pin.
Tap the location info panel at the bottom of the screen.
If Street View is available, you will see a thumbnail image labeled "Street View". Tap it to enter Street View mode.
Navigate Within Street View
Swipe on the screen to look around in 360°.
Tap arrows on the ground to move forward or backward along the street.
Pinch to zoom in or out for closer detail.
