Learn how to use digital stamps for cardmaking. I share tips and tricks on how I set up and print digital stamps in Adobe Photoshop. Plus, I posted a 2nd video featuring real-time Copic coloring of this Alex Syberia Design digi stamp card layout. If you don't use Adobe Photoshop, hopefully, you can translate these digital stamp principals to other programs.
One advantage of using digital stamps for card making and scrapbooking is that you can easily enlarge and manipulate the size and arrangement of the images. Another advantage is you can drop in digital paper backgrounds. I love using digital backgrounds as it cuts down on coloring time.
A good printer is a must when using digital stamps. My printer is listed in the supply list below. I use a color laser printer and am thrilled with the results, especially for the digital paper. Make sure you follow the manufacturer settings for heavyweight cardstock. For cardstock and watercolor paper, it's best to use a printer that passes the cardstock through from front to back without spooling it around a drum.
