The MOST important step to a chrome or "beskar" paint job is in the prep. You'll want to make sure your armor pieces are smooth, black and glossy BEFORE you even get out your chrome paint and in this video I'll show you how to use 2K clear coat to achieve this finish (and was only a little bit terrified during the process)
There are lots of ways to get a glossy black coat onto your pieces of armor and this is just one of those ways, so let me know your preferred method in the comments :)
