You can start building your camp with an idea, taking into account that the noise can bother your recruits while they are resting at home, or the maintenance service is far away from the food or medicine stores, for example.
Then you can build a recreation area to keep their morale high, it's very important that your recruits are happy and fresh so they can give it all with the missions and training.
In addition, there is one option to upgrade your camp. There is a group of investigators that you can hire for your camp and they will research and obtain points that you will be able to use to buy and unlock upgrades for your buildings.
You must think about which one you get first or the path you are going to follow, since it can have some impact in the growing process.
The more investigators and research buildings you have, more points you will get, but make sure that you never run out of money or you will have to start all over again!
