This tutorial covers how to upgrade a previously modified PSP's installation of an older legacy Custom Firmware (CFW) to the latest ARK-4 CFW Full Flash Installation! The process here involves setting up DC-ARK on a Memory Stick, installing the new cIPL, and booting into DC-ARK with the cIPL to reflash and install 6.61 ARK-4 CFW!
