The Works of Luis Frois is a small story pack added to Assassin's Creed Shadows with Update 1.0.4. It's available for free to all players.

To unlock the story pack, you must first complete Yasuke's personal quest, The Path He Walks. This is the quest where Yasuke seeks information on Duarte from Luis Frois. It's part of the main story of the game and you cannot skip it.
Once you complete that quest, you'll find Father Luis in the Merchants' Quarters in southwestern Azuchi, Omi. You can play as either Naoe or Yasuke for this series of quests.
This story pack introduces four quests that have Naoe and Yasuke helping Luis perform his missionary work and ensuring his safety. These are fairly short and trivial, acting as world and character building. Apart from a few words swapped here and there, it doesn't really matter what choices or which character you play with through these quests. You can complete the mini story pack in less than 20 minutes.
