To unlock Trip the Sungazer in Sonic Superstars, you must complete Story Mode as any of the four characters: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles or Amy. She will be available to play as in Story Mode, Time Attack, and a brand new story which is sort of like a new game plus, Trip's Story.
