Blue Light is a sleep-killer, and you want to block blue light completely the hour or so before you go to bed. Instead of getting clumsy blue-light blocking glasses, just turn your iPhone red. Here's how you do it:
-Go to Settings, Accessibility, Display & Text Size. Here, you will find "Color Filters" option. Select it.
- Next, turn Color Filters on, choose red, and then drag Intensity and Hue both to the max.
Then, set up the Accessibility Shortcut -- that way you can trigger the red screen with three clicks of the power button (home button on older iPhones)
