The weathers warming up! In this video I put together a DIY Ice Cream Cold Plate and make some seriously good ice cream. Give it a try!
Its been brought to my attention that dry ice is not legal in some countries. You can make ice cream in the same way on a thick piece of steel or stone that has been left in the freezer overnight. You just have to work fast because it wont stay cold enough for very long.
