How to Turn on SECURE BOOT in Windows 11 (Fix Black Screen/Restart Loop)

Secure Boot enabled and now your Windows 11 PC keeps restarting, showing a black screen, or getting stuck at boot? In this video, I’ll show the exact method I used to fix the issue and successfully boot back into Windows with Secure Boot turned ON.

This guide covers the complete process step by step from checking BIOS settings and creating a bootable USB to repairing the EFI partition and rebuilding Windows boot files using Command Prompt.

In my case, enabling Secure Boot caused a continuous restart loop and black screen issue. After rebuilding the EFI boot configuration correctly, the PC booted normally again and Secure Boot status finally showed ON inside System Information and Windows Security.
