You will not find all the desktop icons if your windows is freshly installed or if you have deleted the desktop icons from your desktop. Desktop icons include like user's files, recycle bin, this PC, control panel and network.

If your desktop icons are missing, you can always turn on your desktop icons. Just right click on your desktop and click on personalize. Then click on Themes and go down to Desktop icon settings. Now choose your desktop icons you want and click Ok.
