When one of the world's most popular artists pays a visit, it's a huge challenge to get over 300,000 people to and from a single location every day for three days.

But the good news is that here in Melbourne, we have had a lot of practice! So in today's video we have a look at just some of the ways that we manage this as efficiently and effectively as possible.
