One of the famed seven summits of mountaineering, and the largest free standing mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro is no walk in the park. But, with a little time, and some training, including hiking, trail running, and mountaineering, the mountain can be summitted by many people, no matter what route one takes. This video covers how I trained for Kilimanjaro, and provides some tips for potential climbers.
