One way that I use Power Automate to speed up my workflow is to sort my Downloads folder into different subfolders. For example, JPG and PNG files are moved to an Images subfolder, PDF and Word documents to a Documents subfolder, and Excel and CSV files to a Spreadsheets subfolder. Whenever my Downloads folder gets too full, I run the flow, which moves all relevant file types to the correct subfolders.
