Thread milling 2-56 (1.8 mm) and 4-40 (2.3 mm) holes!
Small holes can be tough to threadmill because smaller tools are more prone to tool deflection and runout. With our threadmilling calculator (good for both imperial and metric values), modeling the threadmills as form tools in Fusion 360, and using the tapping method to dial in the runout, we're able to get a perfect fit on the first try!
