Learn how to test both microphones on your Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra using the built-in Phone Diagnostics tool.
This test checks the bottom and top microphones to make sure they're recording your voice correctly.

Steps
- Open Settings.
- Tap Device care.
- Under Additional care, tap Diagnostics.
- Tap Phone diagnostics.
- Tap Microphone.
- Tap Test again if you've run the test before.
- Record and play back your voice for the first microphone.
- Confirm the result.
- Repeat for the second microphone.
- Review the diagnostic results.
