What if there was a way to make rapid and affordable prototype tests without spending all the time and money to make your next full prototype? In fact, there is, and that's what we did here at Harmony Turbines! Casting a full SAF generator core is a very involved and expensive process, and once we've cast a core in resin, we can't change anything about it. If you've made a mistake, well... you've just made a big expensive paper-weight. So, going back to first principles of problem solving, we came up with this simple solution to help us pre-test changes to various components of our SAF generator and minimize the time, money and effort that would otherwise be spent making potentially faulty SAF Generator prototypes.
