How to tame a horse in Crimson Desert and catch every legendary horse on your first try.
If you are struggling with the legendary horse mini-game, most guides tell you to focus on the movement sticks, but they are wrong. This guide shows you the SUPER EASY "Camera Trick" to tame any mount in Crimson Desert without wasting hours on the balance bar.
*The Secret "Camera Trick" to Taming*
Instead of fighting the controls, use your camera to maintain balance:
- The Controls: Push forward on your Left Stick (or hold W on PC) to signal that you are walking.
- The Trick: Use your Right Stick (or Mouse) to track the horse's head. Keep the camera level with the head and follow its movement left or right.
- Settings Tip: Go to Settings, Input, and set your Camera Speed to 100% (Controller) or 65–70 (PC) to make tracking much faster.
- Stamina Requirement: While you can tame with less, it is safest to have your Stamina at level 10.

1. Royler (White Horse): The fastest horse in the game. Found at the P of Pailune in the pool area.
2. Rokade (Black Horse): The tankiest horse with the most health. Located southeast of Hernand at the Steel Mountains.
3. Camora (Red Horse): The best battle horse with high attack and defense. Found at Demeniss next to the Red River.
