Sometimes you just need to unleash your inner Anne, and get the puffiest sleeves at the ball. But that does't happen by magic. Unfortunately there is not Fairy God Mother of puffed sleeves. Can you imagine if there was? *SIGH* Instead we must rely of structural garments to get the shape and look that we want. So let's make some sleeve supports!
