To help the PC Matic customer support team diagnose issues, you may be asked to submit a log file, which will give us a more detailed look at what is going on, so we can provide the best course of action to correct the problem.
To do send a log file:
- open PC Matic
- click options
- click technical support
- click create log
The last thing we will need to do is let customer service know the log file has been uploaded so that they can review log.
