In this video, I show you and tell you how to stretch your thumb easily. It is a super easy tutorial and I go over some basic stretching that you can use for your thumb. I am not a professional by any means, but I simply go over what I would do if I wanted to stretch my own thumb, and hopefully something that I show you can work for you and allow your thumb to feel like it is in tip top shape once again.
