This video quickly shows how to stream in 1080p up to 60 fps using a T7i / 800d but it also applies to other Canon cameras up to 2160p using the AverMedia GC573 Live Gamer 4K card. You will require a capture card or box and an external microphone. Getting a power coupler to replace the battery would also be a good idea. Some people prefer limiting to 1080p due to bandwidth considerations so consider some of the other cheaper gear unless you are concerned about future proofing.

The T7i has a bad habit of overheating if video recording for any period of time in direct sunlight so this is best done in the shade or indoors.

If you want to do it for free you will be limited to 576p using the EOS Webcam utility but you will have auto focus. You can see that video here:
