Ingrown toenails can be extremely painful. The area around the nail can be red, tender, swollen and bloody. If ingrown toenails become infected, you should see a doctor.
The discovery of this little mechanical clip to end my ingrown toenails is too big not to share with others. I bought extra clips which I never needed and am now selling on eBay. Just search for "Straighten Ingrown Toenails and Relieve Pain" and you should find them. This totally worked for me.
After using the clip, I learned I could keep my ingrown toenails away by cutting the nails straight across. Don't cut nails too short. You should cut each toenail so that it's even with the tip of your toe. After trimming, use a nail file to smooth the sharp corners of the toenail.
