This tutorial will teach you how to create a spending limit in your Google Cloud Platform instance. I have not found a good way to limit Google Cloud billing and spending costs using the native features in the platform. By stringing together budgets, alerts, pubsub, and cloud function we can create a mechanism to automatically disable billing when our monthly costs exceed a predefined threshold.
