Grok can use your public posts, photos and interactions on X to train and fine-tune its AI. In this video, I'll show you how to turn off the setting that allows this.
I'll also explain the important catch: turning the setting off stops future use, but it doesn't remove anything Grok may have already used, and it doesn't delete your existing posts from X.
This setting needs to be changed on the X desktop website — it isn't available in the X app on iPhone or Android.
