Ola! on this look i wanted to create this step by step blue halo eyes with some glitters. I have this blue e/s for quiet sometime now and i been wating to create a bright bold look using this eyeshadow. Halo eyes/ eyeshadows are quiet popular lately so i decided to create one. I throw some of the glitters too because why not? right?
