STEALING IS WRONG xD don't do it!

If you want to use someones map follow these 3 rules:
1. Ask them, most people don't care if you just ask
2. Change at least 50% of it, the rule of thumb is, if people can still tell that you used their map then you haven't changed it enough
3. If you can't contact them to ask them if you can use it or they've quit minecraft completely then you can use it without making changes.
*These are just my "ethics" regarding these situations, not official rules or anything*
