Hello my loves! SO happy to finally be back with a chit chat. As I talk about in this video, August was a particularly difficult moth for me, especially in this last week. I'm sharing what has helped me get through this difficult time and what is keeping me positive! No matter how much negativity you have around you in your life, you can make the choice to remain positive, be a ray of light in this world, and find your inner peace. It's very important to stay in the moment and be grateful. Get out of your head every once in a while. Take time to just BE PRESENT. In the present, we find peace.
