How to stay healthy on long motorcycle trips? This is a good question, isn't it? In this video, I will give you 5 tips that will help you help you minimize the risk of having health problems on long trips.

I am back after a week's recovery period after my appendix was removed. This period, somehow, pushed me to make this video for you guys.

It also confirmed to me that our health is a combination of genetics, food quality, and a portion of good luck, but in the end, everything is in the Gods' hands, or as they say, in the trenches and in the hospitals, everyone believes in God.
